I’ve greatly enjoyed my y’our products! They are more on the expensive side, but the free refills are wonderful. The add ons are also high quality. Customer service is very responsive and they ensure that you are fully satisfied before closing the topic. I needed a change in my formula and they gave a lot of information about the current and replacement ingredients and sent the new formula product to me within 2 days.The website is a not very transparent but the product and customer service more than make up for it.
Easy and Clean SkincareI've searched for a good skincare routine for my sensitive skin for a long time and I'm so glad I found Y'OUR skin. Others around me noticed results and I could feel the results by the 2nd week. The ingredients are clean and I was able to adjust without the purge! I highly recommend this skin care!
This product has changed my skin for the better! I have struggled with clogged pores and hormonal acne and after consistently using this product for two months my skin cleared up and had stayed clear! I love that you can request free refills and can update your skin preferences if anything changes! I’m excited to continue to use this product!
I believe YOUR is very irresponsible in its approach. YOUR provides an online skin care analysis, then prescribes a skin care set at $150. There is no information about the set, and one does not even see a full view of all the products prescribed. We are only shown a basket with products protruding so no indication of bottle sizes.I would never order skin care products, especially at this price, without knowing what I am ordering and without a complete ingredient list for each product. It's not good enough to be told I needed Vit. B3, not a word beyond that.
I first heard of y’our skin from one of my co workers. I had noticed how glowy and healthy her skin looked so I asked her what she would use. After she said your skin I decided to give it a try and it was the best decision I ever made. Within the first week of using it consistently I started seeing results. I was so happy because I had never had a product react this fast. Within 6 months I had clear skin. I would also like to give a shout-out to Tom and Katherine for assisting me. I had some doubts and concerns and both of them were super kind and helpful. I am absolutely in love with this company, their staff, and their products thank you so much!
Great customer service. I had went to cancel my subscription for personal reasons and rather than just saying no problem have a good life, someone responded back and asked how they could help and gave me other options which I thought was so nice! It means a lot when companies have such great customer service and take the time to help you out when you need it.
I tried all the brands and all the custom formulas. Nothing worked for my skin; I had reaction after reaction, and well into my late teens and adult years still had raging acne. I found Y'our, and my skin was almost completely clear within a month. The all-natural products were my last resort, and it was a saving grace. They were easy to work with, and the communication was terrific. As a college student, I found the products reasonably priced and last quite a while. The simple routine takes me five minutes in the morning and at night and has genuinely changed my life and given my skin and me the freedom to look and act like an adult.
I turned to Y’OUR when everything else wasn’t working for me and I was pleasantly surprised. My skin has never been better. The customer service has also been very accommodating. They answered timely whenever I had an issue and solved it without any problem.
