I have extremely sensitive dry skin, that needs constant hydration. Most products out there, doesn't agree with me, other than gentle organic ones. At your's there are a skincare system, that is designed for anyone like myself, with skin issues and concerns. Since I've been on a skincare journey with my products, I haven't had any problems with my skin, that couldn't be adjusted and rectify. Currently, I'm seeing a marked improvement in my skin, that has a healthy glow. I'm completely satisfied, and will continue on my path to brighter, dewy, flawless skin. I love my customer service agent, Tom, who is compassionate, professional, and timely. I gives him an "A+" on a job well done, because he take real good care of addressing and rescuing any concerns without any hesitation. He's my skins stylist, and I'm very grateful for him.
Firstly the customer service is beyond helpful and very understanding which you can’t get from most… second their skin care line has helped my skin so much. I tried everything out there to help with my stubborn acne and nothing has cleared my skin like their personalized products have. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I started using Y’OUR in late October after a years long struggle to find a product that worked on my hormonal acne and was non-prescription/pregnancy safe (had been trying to conceive and am currently pregnant). I am blown away with the results. After only 3-4 weeks my skin was clear and now at about 3 months in I almost never even get a blemish. If I do get one it is minor, almost unnoticeable, and clears quickly. I am confident in my skin and able to go makeup free for the first time in years. I can’t tell you how great that feels! The product has lasted me the full 3 months (I did run out of the night cream just before my new shipment was sent out). Another thing to note is the first 2 weeks or so my skin felt very dry and flaky. Y’OUR addressed this as an initial reaction to the purifying nature of their products in the FAQ section of the company website so I stuck with it and am very thankful I did. If you have struggled to find something that works for you give Y’OUR a try. Years of expensive trips to Sephora got me nowhere closer to my skin goals and Y’OUR has been an absolute game changer for me.
The Y’OUR customer service is incredible—my skin has been the most consistent under their care and supervision. Whenever my skin behavior changes (due to seasons changing, etc.) they are quick to reformulate my skincare routine or offer advice with a positivity that is contagious. I love this company and have never stuck with a skincare line for this long.
