They replied asking for a photo of my problem, then they sent me a new formula after reviewing my problem. Since then I have had great skin and I am so happy. I was in the market for products that would work for hormonal acne & scars and stumbled across an AD on FB for Y'OUR skin care line. I ordered & began the 3 month subscription. I am very impressed with my results. Customer service is great even though I have not had to use it but once. If you are having difficulty finding skin care regimen I recommend to try this product.
Y'our made diving into skincare products so simple. I was very overwhelmed with all of the different types of products on the market, and very unsure what would work for me. Their customized quiz helped a ton to get started, and the products have helped me maintain clearer and more hydrated skin than before! Their customer service has consistently been great as well.
