I have been using this product for 6 months now. I just had the best customer service experience over email with their team. Tom was very helpful in assisting with adjustments to my regimen and getting was is best for my skin. I have had a hard journey finding what works and they make me feel cared for in that department. Definitely worth the money and so excited to see the new results. :))
Y-our skin products are absolutely amazing. After three consecutive weeks of using the products, I noticed my skin cleared up so much!! We found Y'OUR after my daughter experienced several months of bad acne and asked me to help her find something to help her. We tried numerous OTC products first. Her Y'OUR products were personalized and cleared up her major acne within the first month! Her skin continuously improved from there and she was totally clear within 3 months. She did not experience excessive drying as with other products and loved the routine provided for her. Packaging and customer service were both excellent as well.
This company is amazing. From the knowledge they have on the type of skin issue you are facing to customer service that is always on hand if you have any questions or changes.One thing for sure, when working with such Natural products, don't rush the progress or put blame cause of any occurring skin problems, anything you don't want in the product, you can change or take it out.
