The support team is exceptional, and the products work

The support team is exceptional, they are very kind and very helpful with anything I've needed and quick in responding to questions. I really like my skincare regime too, it feels different, a good different, than anything else I've used. I also REALLY love their hydrating serum and the eye cream, possibly my two favorite products.

Now it’s been almost 2 months I’m using…

Now it’s been almost 2 months I’m using the product. First 20 days I didn’t see any changes, specially on my pigmentation skin.. then I contact to the Y’OUR support… and they respond very quickly and they really helped me a lot.. and then they did a little changes and included some more affective ingredients.. and sent me me the product for free! And since I got new regimen it’s been only a week now, so I have to wait at least 2 weeks to see the results I think! But I am here giving 5 star for the Y’OUR support team. I am really happy and satisfied the way they listen and try to help me out.. thank u so much Y’OUR… and I will sure leave a review after I see the result. Thank you!

Just bizarre

I've had very strange experiences with this company. First, as many reviews have stated, the price is misleading, but that's not really my gripe. The products are pretty good (but definitely not a three month supply) so it sucks the company is so shady.My first order didn't ship for a few weeks, and when it finally did, it wound up being routed and delivered to a totally different state. When I contacted them about this, they blamed me for using Apple Pay which they claimed "auto-fills the shipping address when checking out" and "This mistake was not on our part, and we should not be the only ones held accountable for the situation." However, they'll make an exception this one time and send me a replacement.Firstly, the Apple Pay explanation makes no sense to me because I filled out my shipping address manually, and that is the address stated on my account with the website and on my shipping confirmation email. I have never had anything like that happen when using Apple Pay, and there was no possible reason Apple would have an address on file for me in Brooklyn at any point in time. And when tracking my package, it told me oops your package wound up in the wrong state. It was never supposed to go anywhere in the state of NY.Finally I received it and I thought everything had been settled. A few weeks later, I wake up to six back to back identical emails from support saying somehow my package was sent to the wrong state again. The package I received weeks prior. I'm not sure how or why they thought this but they sent me one more "replacement". They seem very confused over there.This evening I receive a totally random email that my subscription had been successfully cancelled. Honestly after reading the hassle they've given so many people about cancelling, I'm just going to go with it and count myself lucky. But seriously what are they doing over there???????

Overall great company

The skin analysis was super easy to use and did not take long at all. I received my box quickly. The products are amazing and definitely helped with all of my main concerns. The support team is amazing and respond quickly and efficiently.

Was actually trying to buy from another…

Was actually trying to buy from another company and somehow got redirected to the Y’our site.Didn’t realize it until I got the package but I figured I’d give it a try.The 3 installments made it seem as if I’d get a refill every month, not 3 installments for one package that certainly isn’t a 3 month supply.The product dried my face out and burned the area around my mouth which turned red and now has hyperpigmentation (resembles pregnancy mask).Product doesn’t work, trick wording, not worth the price, not a 3 month supply, skin is now worse off & not sure how I even ended up on their website! Be careful!

You won’t regret it! Trust me! I struggled so much with acne and hyperpigmentation, tried so many different products but none of them worked! The acne I tried to solve in more than 5 years, got cleared up in 1 month! Isn’t that greaaat! My skin never felt better😌! So get Your’s now!

The products are great

The products are great. You do have to communicate via email rather than a phone number which can be challenging but they respond fairly quickly. The products have helped my daughter immensely where Proactiv didn't really do much.
