very bad customer service

ever since i ordered, i wrote emails to cancel my order, nobody bothered to reply and item was sent 20 days late, after my grand son's birthday had passed, now i dont know how to return the item because nobody is ansering my emails, perhaps somebody can advise me how i can return the item and get my money back, thanks

Awful delivery and communication

I have placed an order for a Nike jacket, it’s been over 2 weeks since my order and I have received no update whatsoever and I have tried multiple times to get in contact with them and still no reply! Shocking service considering how much my order cost.
