Worst experience of my life

Worst experience of my life, they sent the wrong size shorts and then refused to refund me and said it was my fault, so I showed them photo graphic evidence, that it was their error. And just blanked me for month so I had to get PayPal involved.

Long shipping!!

Shipping states 7-10 days which is long enough but expect to wait longer!! Otherwise nice piece of equipment just a shame how long it took

Delivery Shocker!!

Ordered and was told delivery would be 7-10 days....After 10 working days, I e-mailed on 3 occasions to obtain an update with no reply....The I Fit heart rate monitor then was finally delivered from Poznan in Poland nearly a month after it was ordered...very happy with product but YSP communication is shocking. I ordered in good time for my wife's birthday and was disapponted it turned 3 weeks after.....

Didn't deliver and ignored emails to them

Given 7-10 days as delivery estimate. No update after 10 days.Used website live chat-a bot not a person-no response even when it said the complaint would be sent to a staff member.3 emails sent to them asking for an update on my order...all ignored, not even an acknowledgement of my email.Wish had looked at this site before ordering from them...seems other people have had the same bad experience by this company.The company only replied after I raised a complaint with PayPal.Even then, they gave no apologies for the delay and just said the product was being sent out. The order will arrive 7 days after the guaranteed date when I bought it.
