Last week I had my account banned for making a claim for an unpaid survey. Technical support agents are despots, rude, and answer pretty much like an AI. I was not credited with a £25 PayPal redemption that I made a day before my account was banned. In short, miserable scammers are what they are.
I spent 3 hours on a survey, right after I responded to political questions and stated my position on the spectrum (one that ranges from extreme left to extreme right) my survey was ended and I got logged out.As I tried to log in back I got the popup "Login Error Your account has been deactivated"I messaged the support, they said "our Compliance Team has determined to close your ySense account due to a suspected violation of our Terms of Use"That's so sad that I spent the entire day on their website, I'd made almost U$2, it isn't much, but that was my work after all, and I didn`t do anything wrong or violated any policy, all I did was selecting alternatives and typing answers, didn't use any slang, hate word, nothing more than polite, personal and honest opinions.On the top of their false claim, they should be ashamed of STEALING people's work and banning them for political beliefs, isn't it called "prejudice"?We should give no room for ones who are still based on labor exploitation and political hate!
Do not use this site, they have terribly bad business practises and error resolution. If they believe something is amiss with your account, they will block it along with any funds you have not paid out to yourself yet. I have been in a long dialogue with them, where they acted as a dictator rather than a collaboration partner. If they first block your account for whatever reason they deem relevant, it will remain blocked no matter what you do or say, even if they had no right to do so. Don't waste your time with this site.So in short, you can find MUCH better survey sites out there.
I completed 2 offers on Ysense one for $20 and another for $55, I tried to log into my account a few days later and was told it was locked and I needed to contact support. I emailed support and was told I need to verify myself using some 3rd party software they use, I tried to do this and no matter how much I try it refuses to verify me, they accept my ID fine but when I need to do face verification, they refuse to validate it. I'm using a good camera in a well-lit room and have no issue verifying myself for my bank yet there is an issue for a company which needs to pay me? Just seems like a coincidence that the only way they will reply to you is if you can verify yourself and then whenever you try they refuse the verification, I've tried to tell them multiple times that the software they are using isn't suitable and doesn't work but I keep getting the generic response of we can't communicate with you until you can be verified to be the owner of the account.
