Review Time
About 3 weeks ago I became a member & downloaded the Ysense app. The first week and a half I got 25¢ for each receipt I scanned, then all of the sudden I get 2¢ for every receipt! Other than that it's a pretty good app/site to earn extra money doing surveys and the like.
While it is the best site for surveys, their customer service is an absolute shame. My account has been deactivated while it still had money on it, so obviously - as I did not know why(after reviewing ToS, I believe I broke no rules) and there was no reason given - I took to their CS to resolve the issue.My question and follow-ups were completely ignored, only receiving copy-paste answers about "noncompliance with terms of service"(sic!). I would've loved to recommend this site as the best beermoney website out there, but really - you're better off going literally anywhere else to avoid being locked out of your funds for no reason. Don't waste your time, as it's clearly a gamble on whether you'll be able to even get your accumulated money. If you do decide to use it - cash out every single time you can.
