Terrible customer service! I placed an order but mistakenly put the wrong delivery address. I contacted them 3 times to let them know that I needed to change the delivery address but never even got a response. So I’m cancelling my order. Don’t shop here! Better to shop at Temu. 😂
DON'T DO IT. This business is a Scam, full stop. The ad seemed fishy enough to start with, suspiciously AI looking. Started with "Suzanne Lumiere" offering massive discount on her pieces to thank "all the women who've supported her for years and years"... the website was created in 2026. All of the positive TrustPilot reviews are dated from 2026 (probably also bot-generated). Some of the product images look like actual photos and some of them absolutely scream AI-generated. The "jeweller's" backstory says she was born in France and moved to Germany... yet for some reason, the products are shipped from and must returned to Asia?? Just... no.

This company is a scam. I saw an ad on a social media site; at least THAT had the disclaimer that it is AI - the website is only 6 months old, there is NO BRICK AND MORTAR STORE. Do not believe the reviews saying they went to the store or they fixed a piece of jewelry. This store does not exist, that woman in the ad IS NOT A REAL PERSON. The pieces of jewelry in the ad ARE ALSO AI GENERATED. There's a blurb from the "woman" claiming her shop is in Germany, but the address to return items is in China (see the return policy on their website).
Had 4 items in my cart. Website clearly states 45% extra discount on entire order if you buy 4 items but checkout only gave extra 25% off. Waited 5 days to receive answer to my email asking to adjust discount after sending 3 emails.. refused to give me the advertised discount.So glad I didn’t finalise purchase.
I was very disappointed in my purchase. I was expecting antique gold, the earrings are larger than I expected. The earrngs are supposed to be dragonflies but the tail does not lay flat against the stone. I am not able to return, will never buy any of their items again.
