Review Time
The service clearly shows no interest in providing quality products or good customer care. My leggings took a long time to arrive and didn't fit properly. When I requested a return and refund, I received an address but they ignored my subsequent emails. I returned the leggings but never received my refund!
I can't give a proper rating since I haven't received my order yet, but I'm really disappointed after seeing the reviews! I wish I had checked them beforehand. I hope the company proves me wrong 🙏🏽 I'm tired of misleading advertisements and I hope this isn't one of them. I will provide an update.
I ordered a bodysuit with pleather panels from an ad. Being petite and short (5ft 1), I'm worried that size 'S' will be too large, and I've read that returning items can be nearly impossible. I'm relieved I paid with my credit card for added protection. Wish me luck, and I'll be honest about my experience once I receive it. I'm in Scotland, so I don't expect it to arrive soon, if at all. Fingers crossed that my experience isn't as negative as others have reported.
Initially appears trustworthy, but I ordered two sizes and neither fits. The material feels cheap, resembling a knockoff. Shipping took three weeks from overseas. Returning items requires emailing the support team, and responses are often delayed. I've decided to keep the items and sell them instead of returning, as both sizes are unsuitable and the proposed exchange is illogical given my size dilemma. Additionally, the return shipping costs are high, which makes it impractical. The promises made on the site are misleading and should be addressed.
First, it seems legit- but I ordered two sizes, both do not fit…it seems like cheap material / copy of bonafide. Shipping needed 3 weeks from china. You have to write them an email for return…sometimes there will be an answer, but more like to stall more time. Nothing serious. I know that I’ll better keep the product and sell it, rather than sending it back. Both sizes do not fit and they offer me an exchange :D which makes no sense at all, because I’m in between both sizes. Also, there will be high sending back "fees" you have to pay for yourself- no sense at all. What ever they promise on the site- it’s not true. Needs to be shut down!!!
I was worried after they were taking their time getting back to me about a missing item but I did end up receiving the item in a separate shipment. I think they should tell you if your items are going to be sent in more than one shipment so there are no misunderstandings. I've only had one item fit me poorly (a unitard that was cut like a cylinder, loose on the waist and tight on the curvier parts). I'm in the process of the return right now but so far the company has earned my trust and I love the clothes. Ill update if I have issues in the future.
UPDATE- they want to give me. 10% refund even though their return policy on their website states I am entitled to a full refund. Have emailed customer service twice to start return process since quality of item was poor. Have not heard from them, been 5 days.
