I ordered a hoodie that was supposed to be embroidered, paying £23 plus £9 for shipping from a link my daughter provided. It took weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, the quality was akin to something you’d find at a low-end market. It was a nylon hoodie with a printed logo. The email contact being an Outlook address should have raised a red flag!
Terrible experience. Don't waste your time or money. It took forever to arrive, and the fake item I got was something I'd never wear! I sent several emails to arrange a return within the '30 days return period,' but they are ignoring me! It would have been less frustrating if they had just stolen my money outright!

From other reviews, it seems everyone is facing the same problem. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY/WEBSITE. This is a total SCAM. A fake, poor-quality 100% polyester top arrived very late. They don’t respond when you raise these issues, and I doubt I’ll get my money back. Absolutely disgraceful!
WARNING: Avoid this company! They ripped me off! The item isn’t as described—it's not cotton, just cheap material, and the writing is printed on! I’ve reached out to the company, but they’ve ignored me! Thankfully, I managed to get a refund through my bank! Please don’t buy anything from this company!
Absolutely poor quality. I ordered a hoodie for £32, but I wouldn't even pay £5 for it. It's made of very cheap polyester fabric. My granddaughter thought it would be a good Christmas gift, but she will be very disappointed. I do not recommend this site; go elsewhere.
DO NOT BUY!! I purchased a hoodie that was not the same as what was shown on the website. My teenager sent me the link, and I regret not researching it further. I now know a genuine hoodie costs over £70 from the actual site, while this one was £32 including shipping. I didn’t check before ordering because I thought I was buying a regular hoodie. I've escalated my case to get a refund. Lesson learned.
