I needed to convert a one page document to PDF format, so paid $.99 for that service. Little did I know that they would start charging my PayPal account $29.99/month for a subscription. I never received any kind of notice or confirmation that I had signed up for a subscription. Now that I discovered they took $29.99 out of my account, I’ve tried to cancel that subscription. They requested my PayPal account info, any email addresses I might have used, and the first 6 numbers and last 4 numbers of my credit card and bank account. I sent the everything but my account numbers numerous times, but they keep asking for the same info, claiming they can’t find my account. This feels like some kind of scam to get my credit card and bank account information. Thankfully, PayPal has cancelled the automatic payment and is working on getting me a refund. I highly recommend staying away from this business.
The company has acknowledged by email that my subscription is cancelled yet they continually try to charge my card. They are completely unresponsive about this. Send no invoices or notices .It's a scam. They know exactly what they are doing and purposely don't send invoices or notifications as these would be used as proof.
