Wasn’t sent a reminder email and couldn’t cancel the subscription on time, $29,99 is insane for a membership. Also, I only used it once to sign a document and when I printed it, it came out blank…super weird.
This site is a total scam. They charge $35 automatically, claiming it’s non-refundable, even if you’ve already paid for documents separately during their so-called '7-day trial'. Stay away from this platform unless you want unnecessary stress...they will argue fiercely over that $35...it's outright fraudulent!

You believe you're paying a small fee for a simple task like merging two PDFs or rearranging pages, only to discover a $29.95 subscription charge appears unexpectedly, and by the time you realize it, it's too late. Additionally, when you attempt to access your account, Google Chrome informs you that you've been blocked for your safety. AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!

When you finally notice the charges on your bank statement, you attempt to use their "cancellation portal". It sends you a code to cancel, but the code never works, and eventually, they stop sending codes altogether, making that option useless. The only effective way to stop them is to cancel your bank card and get a new one. I urge anyone who has faced this issue to report them to the authorities, as I have done. The police have indicated that they have received numerous complaints about them being scammers and are taking action to shut down the site and investigate. They won't respond to your emails, so don't waste your time—just report them quickly!
