Review Time
Ordered from these a while ago. Firstly, UK is a misnomer as the product and company is in the Netherlands it seems. So it's taking an age to get here. Emailed them to ask when to expect it, but reply was waffle and a link to tracking which was as non committal as every time they say it's on its way - so far four times. Hopeless. Was going to cancel but can't. They don't even follow the UK legal online trading requirement of being allowed to return within 14 days. IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY TO MY REVIEW: This is what their website says and this is not legal in the UK. We have the right to 14 day change of mind for any reason....UNDER REFUNDS ETC......Change of Mind:Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will be processed. Please note that a mismatch in colour or size is considered an exceptional circumstance.DELIVERY TIMESTheir website states 3-5 days and tracking will be provided. The tracking though gives no estimated delivery times. Just a vague comment about it being in transit. This is not tracking information as most people understand tracking. I look forward to the next pointless reply.
It took over 2 weeks to arrive and when the portable hard drives finally got here they were only compatible with Windows XP (decommissioned some 11 years ago), despite being advertised on their website as ok installed on the Mac OS.Complained to them, but I am now getting the silent treatment...Lets see if they can ignore our Solicitors !!
The item took weeks to arrive, when it did it looked like a return with badly damaged packaging. Marks on the product itself and the instructions for assembly were in chinese whern I scanned the QR code. I worked out how to build it and even though I requested a return I wasa emailed to say I would have to cover costs for return to China. This makes the refund and return not worth it.100% aviod this company. Products are not a good quality, way over priced for what I recieved and service is just not good enough.
The clock I bought was nothing like the picture . Really poor quality and didn’t work Wouldn’t refund even though paid parcel protectionThis is not a Netherlands shop it’s all from china Do not buy scam When I complained they offered me 20% refund or I return it to china at my cost. The clock has gone in the bin.
Don't buy clothing from this firm. The quality is terrible. Bought what thought was a nice fitted ladies jumper only to find it it would only fit a child. Looks nothing like the picture and has loose strands everywhere. Furthermore it has no labels. Cheap nasty product made in some sweatshop no doubt AVOID AVOID AVOID
If I could give Zenido zero stars, I would. In my opinion, this website is a complete joke. The service is unbelievably careless — it feels like no one there has any idea what they’re doing. My order was delayed with zero explanation, zero updates, and zero accountability.Customer support? Practically nonexistent. Messages get ignored for days, and when someone finally replies, it’s a copy-and-paste response that solves nothing. I felt like I was begging them just to do the bare minimum.First of all they took payment twice for a clock that was advertised as a very large clock. Once it arrived it was in a box no bigger than a pizza box. I asked for a full address to return and it was China, would have cost same amount as clock to return, so they offered 20% of payment back. Not good enough the clock is tack we placed a battery in clock and guess what it dosent work.
