I strongly advise against this seller. I've ordered from them three times and received only one order, which arrived two months late. They won't issue refunds unless you purchase shipping insurance, and even then, they delay the process. I had to escalate my claim through a resolution center to recover my funds after they held it for 136 days. If you don't buy insurance, forget about a refund. I preordered a product in May, and it didn't ship until August. Communication about lost packages is non-existent. I eventually had to open a claim through a payment service. This is a nightmare.
Please do not order anything from this seller. They sent me a broken device, and I had to argue with them for a month just to get a refund. When PayPal offered a refund, they insisted I cover return shipping, which costs nearly as much as the item itself. They also sent extra items, making it likely they would claim the return wasn’t complete. I’m facing a loss of about €50, which is a costly lesson in this economy. Avoid ordering from them.
The customer service is decent; it may take some time to receive a response, but it is acceptable for a small business. Their support is reliable, and I found it easy to adjust my order. One minor issue is the 10% cancellation fee. A cap on this fee would be nice, but it’s understandable for a smaller company. You can't expect the same shipping speed as larger retailers. Overall, a cool company, especially for Digimon fans.
I preordered goods in August, the company proceeded to take payment, however, it’s now November and I still have yet to receive my items. I have attempted multiple times to email the company but have had zero response. It would seem they strive to steal people’s money and profit from it. Thieves!
Delaying products and not giving paying customers updates on their preorders is bad enough. Even worse this company charges 10% order cost for cancellation which makes me think this is actually a scam business model. Sell more units than they’re getting, force customers to cancel, and make 10% of the item value from every extra item “sold” with no ability to deliver on that sale.
I would like to give 0 star if I can. Their service makes me feeling terrible. For example they delay shipments but will not notify you. When you leave a message to ask them, they will only answer bullshit. Summarize, if you don’t have patience, PLEASE DON’T FIND THEM TO BUY ANYTHING!
Preordered two of the new Tamagotchi Paradise devices which Zenin commited to shipping out in July-Aug. They have yet to send them and haven't communicated proactively. When I reached out they claimed the order would ship in Mid August. That has come and gone. I reached out again and now was told "sometime in September". They also have a 10% fee for any canceled orders which is predatory when they fail to fulfill orders and gives them a disincentive to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Avoid them.
