I ordered an item and paid £10 for next-day delivery. However, the item is being sent with a five-day delivery service. I reached out to the customer support team, who indicated that the delivery fee would be refunded. While this resolves part of the issue, it's the bare minimum since I will now have to arrange and cover the costs for expedited delivery myself. What concerns me more is the lack of empathy or accountability displayed during the interaction. The situation was treated as routine, despite the clear inconvenience caused. This is a major issue for me. I paid for a specific service that wasn't provided, and now I have to invest time and money to rectify a problem that should have been managed properly from the start. How could such an error occur when charging for a service?

The designs are beautiful and very stylish. However, the costume jewelry seems overpriced for the quality. The gold-plated items are excellent and worth the price, with no complaints there. Overall, it's a lovely collection, but the cost for non-precious pieces is somewhat high.
