Terrible product quality

This product is of very poor quality. The engravings are tiny, and the bracelet fastens with a magnet. It feels like a scam, especially since returns aren't accepted.

Avoid this seller

My experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a birthstone item after seeing an ad. The product was much smaller than I expected. When I requested a refund, they claimed it needed to be damaged during delivery, which it wasn't. They offered a 30% refund if I kept the item, which I accepted, but I never heard back despite multiple emails. I strongly advise against ordering from them.

Very disappointing

This product is absolutely terrible. The engravings are nearly impossible to see without a flashlight and a magnifying glass. Do not waste your time or money on this company.

Frustrating order experience

I placed my order on 12/11, and by 12/22, it still hadn't arrived. Tracking the order was a hassle. Had I known it was shipping from overseas, I would not have made the purchase.

5 weeks before my wife’s 60th Birthday…

5 weeks before my wife’s 60th Birthday I ordered her a necklace from Ziella. I got updates about the tracking and and was then told it had been delivered by Evri but it hadn’t.Upon checking my order I then realised that I’d put our postal address but the postcode of the house that we’d moved from 3 months earlier.Many emails were then sent to a gentleman called Pau at Ziella who was very helpful and sympathetic and due to its late arrival gave us a 20% refund.Contacting Evri was much harder and they took ages to reply by which time Pau had informed me that as a gesture of goodwill they would send me another one, which arrived within 8 days on 24/10/2025.Eventually Evri advised me that the first parcel had been returned to Ziella.Pau’s customer service was first class, in spite of the fact that it was my error that caused the issue with the first parcel. Based solely on my experience, I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.
