Excellent. I have used Nopinz products for the last 10 years and I can say it has served me extremely well across all riding and Triathlon conditions. I would 100% recommend to new or experienced athletes alike.
Been racing national TTs for 3 years now and Nopinz has been in the corner all the way, great fitting and fast kit, great turnaround on custom printing as well as shipping of collection kit. Great team base answering any questions about sizing or wanting to tweak a custom design. After care have been great too, and will continue to be using for the long-term.
We have used Nopinz for our team kit for the past 2 years and again for the 2026 season. The kit is a great fit and quality for our teams performance needs and looks great! Customer service is extremely efficient from the design process to updates on delivery etc. They have been on hand for any ordering needs and advice for team members.
I received a Nopinz gift voucher for xmas and when I tried to input their website said it doesn't exist. I emailed them, and then received a reply saying they couldn't find it and required details of the purchaser. Eventually they found it and told me it would now work. I placed my order, the gift voucher was accepted, but the gift amount was not taken off at checkout and I was charged full price. After emailing again I was give fairly lame excuses and the amount was refunded to my account. Why is it so hard to have a gift voucher that is recognised and that works? Millions of other websites manage it. Nearly a month later I got my club logoed 'Blizzard' jacket in Large, which is always my size, and it is more or less a medium. Very tight to do up so I don't rate the zip's chances over time, and no way does this jacket live up to the 'Blizzard' name. It's thin, one layered material that looks like a spring/Autumn jacket. I have an old Castelli winter jacket that is far superior to this and does work in zero degrees. With the gift voucher hassle (which happened last time I received one from them) and the disappointment of this jacket I won't be using Nopinz again, and my club is now also using Kalas so will investigate their range instead. Update to Nopinz response:Thank you for the response and explanation, but I must take issue with the comment that the Blizzard jacket does not compare to my previous purchase of a large jersey. The sizing guide on the website states Large ranges from chest size 103cm to 106. I am 101.6cm, which is in the range of the medium, so if I had ordered the size suggested it would have been even smaller. Nowhere in the description of the Blizzard jacket does it state a larger size should be ordered, it just says Race Fit. If you adhere strictly to the sizes recommended, I have ordered a larger size, and it is still way too small. If it were not printed with my club name I would definitely return this jacket as I cannot wear it, but now I am stuck with a £120 jacket that I cannot use. I now hope someone within my club (smaller than me) will want a cut price new jacket, or it will go on ebay for someone who doesn't mind it has a club name on.
I purchased the Nopinz Hypersonic RR Suit size small and followed the published size guide exactly — height 175.5 cm, weight 68.5 kg, inseam 81.5 cm (32 in), with a slightly shorter‑than‑average torso for my height. Despite sitting squarely in the middle of the size small chart, the suit rides several inches above the lower stomach when standing upright.I contacted customer support and was told this is “normal” for the suit and caused by variation in rider torso lengths. This “normal” behavior is not mentioned anywhere on the product page, advertised in the model photos or sizing guide, and support was not interested in helping correct the sizing guidance. In my case, this explanation does not make sense, as my torso is actually shorter than average for my height.Nopinz does not offer free size returns, so correcting the fit would require significant return and reshipping costs. Combined with the difficulty of predicting correct sizing from the published chart, this makes ordering risky. Several other reviews also mention sizing issues, so this appears to be a common problem.Given all of this, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you need a suit that fits predictably.
I’ve been using NoPinz kit for racing since 2019. Always been impressed with the quality of the kit, and I have the peace of mind that the kit isn’t holding me back! Customer service is great too, I’ve had alterations and repairs carried out several times, always with really fast turn around.
