Ziip gives full replacement of non-working device

When my Ziip micro current device stopped working, I contacted the company's Customer Support department. This was easy to do online with guidance provided on the Ziip website. They provided me with a postage paid mailing label to use for sending in my non-working device. About 2 weeks later, I received a brand new Ziip device at no further cost.
