Crystal Gel Bundle

I purchased the 3 bottle bundle of the Crystal Gel. I really wanted the Golden Gel, but they were out of stock. I do enjoy the Crystal Gel and my skin loves it. It also helps to brighten up my skin somewhat. I would recommend this gel as the next option if the GG is not available.Shipping was fast, although when it arrived one bottle was leaking all over. I contacted Customer Service and the issue was resolved very quickly. That was very much appreciated!

Very expensive

First of all, this is an incredibly expensive little unit. To be fair.I am a senior citizen. So I don't expect to get fabulous results. I have been using this for about 2 weeks, and I do see some benefits. This unit coupled with clean eating exercise and good skin care should produce some results for its users.

Excellent device

This device is great. Works well out of the box. Keeps its charge well and does seem to improve skin tightness and skin overall. We will see if it lasts, but so far excellent and a far superior product to my former Foreo Bear.

The device didn't work properly at all

The device didn't work properly at all. It was a bum device. Customer service was a huge back and forth, but once I sent them the proper video of the device malfunctioning, they let me return it. Waste of time and effort.

Start easy with the serum! 2 pumps for me!!

I'm getting used to it and I am starting to enjoy it, especially thanks to the programs in the app.But I could have used more warnings for the very 1st use - 8-10 pumps of serum was wayyyyy to much for me and my furst use was very unpleasant. I downgraded to 2 pumps, and after a few days, I am now at 3 or 4. I would have enjoyed a more gradual timeline of introduction to the ZIIP and the serum.

Great addition to my routine!

The website was very easy to navigate. Shipping was free and my Ziip arrived in a few days. The Ziip itself is so sleek and super easy to use. The conductive 'gel' isn't goopy or gel like. It feels like a light serum and it takes a relatively small amount to fully cover the face and neck. I love the app which opens up multiple treatments and ways to encorporate the Ziip into my routine. So glad I finally got this wonderful little tool!

Too painful

If you read some comments on Reddit, you will see people have had the same issue I have. It's like the device is malfunctioning and it hurts so bad...like an electric shock. It's different from the pain you get from it if you don't put enough gel on...this is intense! I'm too scared to use it now.
