Review Time
I purchased the Crystal gel and really don’t like it. It is thinner than the Golden gel, dries too quickly and does not last thru the Ziip treatments that I use, thereby causing “zapps” which are quite uncomfortable. I have to continue to reapply to finish the multiple treatments. I will not repurchase this gel, nor do I recommend it.
From the moment my ZIIP stopped working to the time I received my new ZIPP in an exchange ,customer service and their response was amazing! Steps of what was needed to be able to exchange my ZIPP were clear and they answered any questions that I had. Response time was quick along with the shipment of my replacement ZIPP.
I bought the ZIIP On Saturday and delivered on Monday. Turned on and lit up white then flashing orange but turned off 10 seconds later. I put it on charge. I pressed the on button whilst charging this time, as manual said do this. Tried ZIIP again last night but still dies after 10 seconds. Charged overnight again and just checked again and still not working.To get a new replacement, I tried to find a telephone number to ring but none available. Completed a contact form and now see it will take 3 working days to respond. This isn’t good enough for a purchase of £439.99Get proper people in to service customers!
Excellent product. I've been using it almost every day since it arrived and I'm looking forward to seeing results. Ease of use is wonderful. Battery recharge is quick and lasts quite a long time. I also ordered golden gel. It's feels nice when applied and although I don't see results yet I love how it feels. Very fast delivery from time of placing order. Love your products and service. Thank you/
