I have made this comment before, which is about the app not really syncing with the machine & there is time lag! The customs service replied me, however not that helpful! Until now, I still did not see and update or modify of the app!

Love my zip halo

Love my zip halo! It has become part of my regular routine. I only wish the conductive gels weren’t so expensive.

Excellent customer service

I had a technical issue with my Halo after owning it for a year. I contacted Ziip’s customer care department and they dealt with my concerns right away and sent me replacement after I provided all necessary details.

I absolutely love the Ziip

I absolutely love the Ziip. It is an easy to use device and the app makes my beauty routine simple. I have been using the device consistently for 40 days and I am truly pleased with the results. My skin feels and looks amazing. I cannot wait to see the result overitme.

The product support is poor

The product support is poor, the device itself does not fit close the nose and seem to be spaced too far apart. I bought the Ziip during Christmas holidays and am already having difficulty getting it to charge and it will randomly beep repeatedly/quickly, I cannot turn it off and the only way for it to stop is if I plug it in. The conductor gel irritate my skin. However, when it is working correctly I do see a noticeable lift. For the price and problems I have had I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Poor experience with customer service

I haven’t tried the device yet so can’t comment on that yet. The customer service has been terrible! Received a device with marks all over it. I asked for a replacement and things have been so slow since! They take ages to reply to your messages (Instagram or email). I had to first return the device which they received in 24h and I’m now yet to receive the replacement or any update! Very disappointing.

'Express' delivery?

I purchased this product 4 days ago and paid for express delivery. On the order that showed as delivery on today's date. I had an email from Ziip yesterday saying it was despatched. But the tracking info provided doesn't even have an estimated delivery date and the courier is showing as not yet having the parcel.So advice to anyone thinking of buying these - don't pay extra for express delivery and don't hold your breath waiting for it to arrive. Edit - arrived 1 day later than indicated. Had a stock response from customet services that didnt apologise for the lack of accurate information. Have restored a star but I'm not impressed with their standard of service or quality of their logistics. Note also - I think you can only buy Ziip Halos direct from this company in the UK now and if they can't get their logistics in order that was probably not a great move. I basically expected more from this company given the cost of the device.

NO REFUNDS

I hate this device and more than anything, I hate that they don't offer refunds. I strongly dislike the feeling of this device (which I thought would be pleasant, but I definitely feel the electricity), the vibration I feel in my teeth, and the frequent prickly shocks, despite being very liberal with the  gel. I also hate the goopy gel and how messy this is to use. I dislike this product and cannot continue using it, but because of their return policy, I'm now stuck with an extremely expensive device that I don't want. Just be aware that YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN THE DEVICE if it doesn't work for you.

Contacted Support, and in 48 hours, my Ziip was on the way, and a replacement was sent immediately. Customer Service was empathetic and efficient. Love my ZIIP
