I received a faulty Ziip Halo (it doesn’t even switch on) so I emailed them. After them telling me which charger to use (I’ve already been using 5v chargers and it makes no difference) they’ve stopped responding, even though I’ve sent them video evidence of the fact that the device is completely dead. For a product that costs hundreds of pounds, for them to not even reply anymore is shocking. They clearly have no idea that we have consumer rights in this country. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
My Ziip was not working and was still under warranty. The company's response to my initial inquiry was fast and helpful, and when it was discovered, through troubleshooting, that the device was indeed broken I was immediately given instructions on how to return it for a replacement. Very honest company.
