Review Time
I bought this item 2 weeks ago, it’s unused, sealed in its box. I have been trying all this time to arrange a return. I read very worrying reviews re pain and twitching, so I changed my mind as it’s marketed to be painless (and I have neurological condition). I asked for a return under the 30 day return window for an unused item. Zipp has not responded for a week at a time then misread any emails to deliberately waste time, they asked ridiculous questions then didn't respond to the answers. Then , ignoring the above, said they can’t a return my “faulty /used item/outside the return window” when it’s unused, 2 weeks since purchase, and no fault was declared!. They’re either robots or can’t read English or are deliberately advertising a return window which they purposely obliterate by wasting 30 days in poor communication and errors. This is contrary to UK consumer rights. But also worryingly- they have 3 times refused to answer if the item does cause negative medical effects.They only sell expensive products, not interested in any after-sales.I am forced to write to consumer rights and the press, and will take it up with my bank card provider. This company is a con17.3.25I see zipp have responded today but they have still NOT managed to arrange a return-I’ve been trying since 26.2.25! Their correspondence is hopeless, takes many days for each reply and they clearly aren’t reading what’s been written ie took nearly 3 weeks for them to understand it’s a straight return and stop writing robot nonsense, and then they spent a week being unable to issue the label. Then their system emailed that the return has been authorised and await label, but moments later an email stating the return has been cancelled! Total incompetence, so that my return window will expire in a few days time. And then the bank will investigate them. Don’t buy from this company if you ever think you might need post-sales service of any kind.
I love my ZIIP. It is quick and efficient. The company is very responsive to any issues one may have. I did have one and the outcome was excellent. My only complaint is with the App and syncing it with the device. Sometimes it works but usually it doesn't and I have to manually restart the selected program.
I purchased a Ziip Halo during the Black Friday sale and have been using it pretty consistently ever since. I just finished my first bottle of Crystal gel and took advantage of a 20% sale to purchase 3 more bottles as I don’t want to be without!I definitely feel more lifted and plumped after each use. I devoured every bit of educational content on YouTube with Melanie and have been most often using the Lift program twice per session, in the morning, focusing on neck and chest the first time and face the second. I also aim to use Founders Favorite 2-3 nights per week on all of these areas. I have never seen this recommended but I never wash off the gel as it would take more time and would get rid of all of these amazing ingredients. Instead, I apply most of my serums after I wash my face, the apply 7 pumps to my face, front and back of my neck and chest all the way out to my shoulders. Once done Ziiping, I just wipe off the superficial layer of gel and either go to bed or apply my sunscreen. My skin is happy with this and I will continue this routine.This and a red light mask have been the final additions to an already complex skin care routine but I think it will pay off in the long run.
