My ziip stopped working and I emailed…

My ziip stopped working and I emailed the company, they were very helpful and professional..My Ziip was quickly replaced with no hassel or problems. Excellenty customer service and excellent company.I almost didn't write to company because I didn't think they would help me but I had purchased several gels when they were on sale so I had some money invested in gels. I figured why not write them and see what happens. They were excellent.

Conductive Gels are Pricey - but the BEST on the market

I love the conductive gels these are the best on the market, I do wish they weren't so expensive. And sadly the Crystal gel was out of stock so purchased the Silver gel which seems fine.

Don’t Procrastinate!

I wish I would have made this purchase six months sooner. In my opinion, the ZIIP Halo offers so many more benefits than the FOREO Bear. I can use my ZIIP Halo consistently without feeling like I have been zapped. After only three weeks, my face is looking more refreshed and toned. I’m a happy customer!!Thank you

Doesn't hold a charge

I keep having issues with it not charging and I am using the charger that it came with. I have only had it a few months and heard this unit is made cheaply and not an uncommon experience. Fingers crossed they replace it per the warranty
