I got this with a coupon code I found online after an aesthetician recommended the brand. I purchased with the golden glow gel but it comes with a small conductive gel as well. I downloaded the app which is necessary and use her tutorials which sync with the demo. Pretty cool. You should charge before first use. I feel like it has improved the texture and elasticity of my skin. I’m in my late 40s and I try not to do Botox/fillers. Not sure what I feel about the expensive golden glow gel yet as it’s slimy and I don’t sleep with it on. The treatments are quick so very easy to do several times a week.
I am really disappointed at the lack of customer service or the wanting to assist a customer in their experience. I spent a great deal of money on the full package plus a few extras, and my skin is not reacting well to the gels you HAVE to use with the machine. Knowing that 2 were included in the kit I purchased, I tried to return the one that I bought separately. I was thinking that would be the easiest refund without returning the entire kit. Instead I was told that because it's a consumable product it can't be returned. I have never heard of any skin or cosmetic company with this policy. When a client has a skin reaction due to ingredients, and you can't purchase in a store, how are you to know that you are reactive. They didn't even buffer it with a partial refund or anything which most companies at least due if they can't take it back. Heck, many tell you not to return it since it is open so you aren't wasting money on either end for shipping.I was really excited by this line, but the lack of customer service or assistance really put me off.
I love everything about Ziip! I purchased my Ziip GX several years ago and I continue to use it on an average of 2 to 3 times a week. I especially enjoy “The Works”, “Founder’s Favorite”, “Jowls”, and “Lips”. I find my sessions to be relaxing and pleasant. The Electric Gel works extremely well, is very hydrating and soothing. The treatment sessions really feel very good. Ziip customer service professionals are fabulous; any time I have a question or concern they are always very responsive and helpful. I am 70 now and have always taken care of my skin and I feel that Ziip is a valuable asset in my arsenal. Thanks, Melanie for making this available.
