I strongly advise against using this service for school transportation meant for children with special needs. They are completely ineffective. The representatives are often rude on the phone, or they simply fail to show up. My daughter deals with significant anxiety, which makes it challenging for her to get ready in the morning. They either scold us for her being late or just don’t arrive at all. I’ve been trying to reach out since yesterday after receiving a message stating they couldn’t pick her up due to a lack of drivers, and today they’ve failed to show up again without any response to my messages. It’s amusing that they claim to be safe and reliable, but neither is true; I've tracked them speeding on a monitoring app, which certainly isn’t safe, and they repeatedly fail to collect her, proving their unreliability. I have reported them to the school transport office multiple times. I just want to caution others against using this service.
