Zopa link promoted through both of the credit reference agencies I use.Did some research around loan facility and costing, and decided to go for Zopa.Website and mobile app are clear, written in plain English and explained everything i needed to know. Very personalised. It’s not just a digital check in your credit record but takes into account personal circumstances and in my case my reliability in paying money back. My credit record is not great because I haven’t got a mortgage! But they speak to you and try to understand your requirements

Please please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , if you love one has Pass away it means nothing to this company THEY STILL SEND OUT LETTERS TO THE DECEASED which is very upsetting and insensitive and when you try and speak to them there not bothered cause I asked to speak to a manager no not happening the manager won’t take the call so you just get a switch board person that can do nothing about it STAY AWAY FROM THEM .I was told someone would phone me heard nothing it’s not hard to ask to speak to a manager about a very sensitive situation and the blind just kept saying sorry he knows what I’m going though, which he doesn’t.I was told no manager would speak to me when I phone up , which to me sounds very strange. But if that’s how you run your business, I feel I must warn people.
