This is the second time I have contacted Zopa on line regarding a loan. On each occasion it has been a very straight forward application procedure followed
by a very pleasant member of the team contacting me by phone to check some details. First rate service!
Although I was not successful this time , I did find the the staff I communicated with to be very helpful, clear & knowledgeable, in their dealing with my request.
I was sent a message to decline or accept a transaction, two of them so as i was busy I had never responded, luckily it was declined for me, anyway having been scammed before from another credit card I rang zopa and got through to what should have been the fraud team, I eventually spoke to someone who was not in the least bit interested telling me that I will get a call from the suspicious charge team in 24 hours, what an absolutely shocking way to behave towards fraudulent transactions,I am furious imagine how much money they can take off my card in that time, they are unprofessional and don't give a damn about customers I hope people read this and will learn about the total disregard towards people and their credit card card
Currently the best, easy access interest rate available. It's easy to move money between current and savings account. Interest is shown changing daily. Easy to deposit and withdraw money within the app. In short it's very easy to use.
Great app, easy to use. Loan rates are decent and no ercs to overpay. Would like to be able to reduce loan term with overpayments rather than monthly amount but otherwise great. Have other products which are also great.

While I can't comment on experiences with less reliable lenders, I appreciate the direct feedback as I make payments, which reflects in my credit score each month (if that's important to you). I hold this company in high regard and would rate them highly.
I received an instant decision on a consolidation loan. The interest rate was favorable, and the repayment plan allows me to save significantly each month. I also appreciated the timely updates on my application status. Highly recommend!
Setting up an account is straightforward, the application works wonderfully, and the current interest rates are among the best. I'm enjoying 4.45% on my easy access account and 7.5% on a regular savings option. (Note: I can't guarantee these rates are still applicable).
