Absolutely fantastic company to deal with, no mega amounts of paperwork to fill out. Kept informed of balance throughout the loan.
Would highly recommend Zopa for banking offers as I now have opened some savings accounts with them.

Do not touch Zopa credit card with a 'bargepole' be warned. They have the worst Fraud team I have ever dealt with. We have had to repirt them to 'Report Fraud' part of the Police, and now the Financial Ombudsman.
My son in law lives and works in Staffordshire. His Credit card was used in Huddersfield when he could prove he was at work. Rang the fraud team who said the card would be blocked, another sent and it would be investigated. 2nd card was used for '9' £19.99 payments using Paypal one after the other, even giving the name of the user. Again Zopa fraud were informed that these payments had not been made by my son in law, again to be told this card will be blocked and another sent out. The 3rd card again has been used this time in KENYA at a Boutique hotel!!!!!!! Again they were informed and a 4th card has been sent, together with a decision from the Fraud team saying there isno evidence of any fraud having taken place and the card payments still stand!!!!!!!!! They have not investigated at all, they just say it has been an error by my son in law!!!!!! Be aware Zopa now the Ombudsman is on your case!!!!!! I believe at the moment that this fraud activity is an INSIDE JOB, and I wait to be proved wrong!!!!

We needed to transfer a large sum from my wife’s account away from Zopa and there is no way to do more than 10k a day and 30k a week. Clearly not a bank that’s designed for handling anything more than small savings. Will be moving all our money away.

This is the first time I have contacted Zopa on line regarding a loan. It was a very straight forward application procedure. I was accepted in minutes and the monies were in my chosen account within 10 mins. Outstanding service! I would highly recommend Zopa for an unsecured loan.

Having Zopa has helped me build up my credit score and by using it regularly has also helped boost my available credit, Itnwas one of the only credit cards I could get pre approved, ive been using it for 3 years and went from £200 limit to just under £3000, which massively boosted my credit score to well over average for my area. My overall experience has been pleasant, nothing to fault.

Today I tried to move £500 from my Zopa Biscuit account into one of my Smart Saver Hub Account. I us

Today I tried to move £500 from my Zopa Biscuit account into one of my Smart Saver Hub Account. I used the Zopa App. The money went out of my ZBA but I then received a message that there was a technical glitch in Zopa - not my fault but the £500 never arrived in my SSHA. I spent more than an hour online - and was passed to 4 staff members - all of whom could not help. I had to finally say that I want to lodge a formal complaint and the Customer Service personnel Rayan had the audacity to say "Sure, could you please confirm what exactly you would like to raise a complaint regarding?"
So I listed the following:-
1. due to Zopa's App n its technical glitch, I have been severely inconvenienced...my finances viz direct debits due are affected.
2.The 500 was meant to cover a series of direct debits due in the next few days. Due to Zopa's fault in the movement of my funds, I have been affected mentally and the stress has caused my high blood pressure to spike
3.I have spoken to 4 people in Zopa and spent more than an hour online and so far none of the 4 can resolve this issue. Asking me to wait 24 hours is ludicrous. I would like compensation for the distress
this glitch by Zopa has caused me and continues to cause me.
4.then to add insult to injury I have been told by Rayan to wait for another 24 hrs...another 24 hrs of stress and distress...n then if nothing is resolved, I have to start chatting to everyone in Zopa tomorrow...and tell everybody the same story ad nauseum
