I can’t in all honesty say that I had much if any contact with Zopa, apart from at the beginning of the set up of the loan, which was extremely straight forward.Never missed a payment, so if anyone deserves 5 Stars then I should. 🤣

Opening an account was very quick and straight forward. Moving money between accounts, both external accounts and ones within Zopa has also proved very straight forward. The interest rates are as good as you will get.

I can only write about my experience with Zopa and what an easy, straight forward and great experience it was. They made it really user friendly when filling out the online form and it wasn’t time consuming and the money was in my account within the hour of completion.If people read this, then you must be looking for a loan, if so, then go with Zopa. As I say though I can only speak from my personal experience.
