Review Time
My credit card has been frozen due to suspicious activity, I've checked my statement and nothing looks off, tried to get hold of Zopa all weekend with no luck and then this morning managed to get hold of someone on the live chat who was very unhelpful, with just a message of "a mass communication will be sent out to customers today" In this time I've had payments declined and subscriptions cancelled due to none payment, nightmare!This issue has highlighted that Zopa Bank really lacks ways to get support when you need it, I would highly recommend people take this into consideration when deciding if they want to use Zopa.
I’ve been attempting to open an account with Zopa, however Royal Mail have an address that is ever so slightly different to my actual address. After sending in proof that it is my address, my proof from 2 other banks and local government wasnot valid according to Zopa. I did try to change this on their website however it seems to load infinitely when I try to change it correctly. After contacting their support team, they are also “unable” to override this automated system. Every other bank I’ve moved to my new address has had no issues whatsoever, but Zopa seems incapable of understanding that a one letter difference in an address (a minor difference at that) cannot possibly be the same home.
