A mixed bag. They provided me credit at a time when i was rebuilding my credit score and the app and product are easy to use. I have however, had cause to complain to them as they were Incorrectly reporting data to my credit reports for several months when they should not have been. This was eventually corrected. I have again had reason to raise a complaint with them for a similar matter in relation to credit / Security checks. I went onto the APP and started ( did not complete or finish) an application process for a zopa bank account. I did not press submit & they confirm today that i cancelled the application. Despite this, They have still conducted security checks in my name which is unreasonable given I did not formally or fully submit the application for a bank account. Good product but i would watch out for the way they handle your data and how they use it when You have not submitted applications for products
