Poor service and broken processes.I’ve been a customer for sometime, I was invited to apply for a loanI did that, and it went into a in review statusThey sent an email asking for some additional information, but when I went into the link it said they have everything they need and will come back to me within three days.It’s been a month now and still not sorted, customer service team keep saying into the link and upload documents Go in to the link and the message again says they have everything needed and references the three day response periodThis round and mound in circles has been going on for a monthThe customer service and complaints team are useless and don’t seem to understand what I’m sayingThey have never asked for a single document ever, they have asked for no additional information Telling me repeatedly to go into the link which displays a message saying you have everything and will respond in 3 days is not very helpfulThey now say they have everything, and I will hear back within three days, guess what it’s now four days and nothing since I said thatA month this has been going on for nowI just don’t know what to do with this company, application is stuck in a review status, no communication, I don’t know what information if any they needHonestly, for an easy life, go elsewhere. Zopa process is broken and you would think they would want to fix the process so it works but no they just ignore what customers like me say.
