I have found the whole process of obtaining an account and use very easy but the part I especially find the most useful is the websiteIt is very well set out with an overview but you can then look closely at the account details should you wish without difficulty guessing what drop down box to select. So many companies make accessing the information you are looking for, so difficult and 'clunky'
