Initially I got my car finance in 2021, everything has been smooth sailing and I had no complaints. However since my repayment finished in March 2025, I’ve never received a settlement letter/ closure letter. I’m trying to sell my car but Zopa has still got the HPI against the car. Which means I am unable to sell it. Getting the specialist team to untick a box and send a letter has been months! Honestly avoid!
