Frustrating Home Application Experience

I applied for a home through a service and the process was dreadful. It seemed designed to decline renters while keeping non-refundable fees. Initially quoted $1399 monthly, I was later told it would exceed $1750. My income was miscalculated, and despite being told I could be conditionally approved, communication was lacking. Ultimately, I was denied even after being told I was approved, leading to a very stressful experience. I can clearly tell I'm dealing with a third-party vendor that offers generic responses and no real help.

Extremely Frustrating Experience
