Complete disappointment. They're untrustworthy! They attempted to sell us a $500 package, but after reading reviews on a review platform, we chose to back out. We were drawn in by cheap tactics and agreed to a $100 fee for 12 videos as a trial, hoping to confirm the reviews were misleading. After over a month, they couldn't even deliver a single well-edited 60-second video. A promise of a refund was made if I joined a Zoom call, which I refused. I contacted my bank and retrieved my money. AVOID WORKING WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL OR ANY ASSOCIATED SERVICE, IT'S A SHAM.
