Review Time
After seeing a flashy ad on social media, I should have realized it was too good to be true. I paid $1500 for a year's worth of videos after a convincing sales call, only to be ghosted after being added to a communication channel. I received a subpar content strategy, and then all employees went silent. I'm currently disputing the charge with my bank. Do not trust this company or its owner.
SCAM. Took our money and disappeared last month. No reposnse to any of our messages. When we first started, they sold us the world and then took 2 weeks to deliver one 15-second clip (editing a simple/clean talking reel & adding captions over it). It was like pulling teeth to get ANYTHING done.
Saim is the worst kind, of human you can ever encounter. He's more of an hypocrite than a human.Never work with this person, I have a few connections in Pakistan, they'll get this scammer. He's scammed his employees, I talked to them, and his clients too.Buddy has a special place in hell.
They took my editing services for a month and when the time of payment hits they ditched me as they don't even know me.Their accounts director not even responding to me.The whole team is ghosted from a month now.Many fellow editors are also facing this issue.I literally edit videos for them in day and nights but they are totally fraudsters.🥺I was in need of money as I've to take care of my mother but these people are literally don't even care about the People's situations.
All of the positive reviews are fake. All the profiles only have 1 review (I realize this is also my first review, lol). Total scam – asked for a refund as I was sold 1 thing on the call and told a completely different thing once I got "onboarded". If the price is too good to be true, it is!
These people are horrible humans. I thought they would give me great editing quality. Turns out it was made by a three year old and looks like they put 0 effort into making the video nice. I was not even asking for the best edit possible. I just wanted something simple. They couldn’t even change the font to the one I requested for in their stupid form you need to fill out every time you get a client! No wonder why the Owner of the company is based in dubai. Sus business will never be this gullible again!! I wish we can all sue them. never got my money back! They said they will refund me and stalled for months! Then I asked the 3rd time they “refunded me” but sent a screenshot that shows a refund button But it was not clicked. Never got my $500 back!!!
