I would not recommend this online casino app to anyone. I recently submitted a redemption request for $175 After waiting for processing, I was informed that my payout was denied due to a “daylight savings terms and conditions” rule — something that was never clearly listed or explained in their promotional terms.It’s extremely frustrating because the promotion was purchased through them, not a third-party, and I followed all of the rules that were presented at the time. When I asked for clarification, I received vague and unhelpful responses, and no one could show me where this “daylight savings” condition was mentioned beforehand.In my opinion, their rules and regulations are incomplete and misleading. If a company can arbitrarily deny payouts using hidden or undefined terms, it shows a serious lack of transparency and fairness.
