For an early start to the day, it was a great experience from the start! I was greeted by Charlie at the gate entrance, he took my details to continue the process and then was informed on the timing and expectations on the special day of my cbt training :), the whole experience was professional and informative, I can definitely say that I have learnt to ride safe on the road and to most importantly ride safe for others around me. Thank you for the great experience and hope to see you again to maybe go for a higher cc licence :) Would definitely recommend!!!
Registered myself here (Barking) by reading the reviews of the trainer called Mr. Manik and got a trainer called "Tony" who is not suitable or professional at all as a trainer.Upon entering the location he checked the name of people who will be trained for CBT and without hesitation he said with Mocking smirk on his face "All three people are Mohammad. Unlucky for you guys. You guys need to keep different name for your children".Here, i remind you, Mohammad(Peace be upon him) is one of our Prophets and religiously we respect him. Here, his comment on our first name Mohammad was a clear reflection of how he perceives us(Muslims). Still we kept our cool and kept doing the training without a word(Then me and another learner was there).While going through the Road Signs and Practical Training, he was very impolitely criticizing 2 of the member's previous CBT licence and one of their English speaking capability inspite of living in England for a long time.Lastly, when he took us on the road, initially instead of guiding us in polite and professional manner, for every little mistake of my lead he was shouting at both of us. He was cursing and saying " F" words multiple times. He even shouted that he isn't sure if he wants to keep the CBT course running as the other candidate who was leading, was unable to comprehend what he was shouting in the middle of the highway.He kept shouting very aggressively while we were trying to focus on the road, instead of giving us clear and concise instructions.In the middle of the road, being careful about surroundings is the most important thing. While we tried to do that, he was constantly shouting and cursing random things without being precise about what can be done to overcome any mistake.For example: while turning even though i did check my side but for him it wasn’t enough. That's fine. I tried. But in the initial stage of the turning process he started talking suddenly and distracted in a very unsafe manner.In a roundabout, while making turn, he suddenly started shouting in a inaudible manner and later blamed me that i couldn’t comply with his instructions. When i shared with him that he was very aggressive and wasn’t clear at the end of the training, he got offended. He can't take constructive criticism.Lastly, before leaving he was briefing about what things he can do perfectly with his 40years of experience and we could have done better. I Simply mentioned that if he had used more professional tone and checked his aggressiveness then the result could be much better for me as his constant shouting made me nervous and insecured.While leaving, i mentioned him not to give such racist and islamphobic remarks to anyone and try to improve the training further as a part of constructive criticism. But instead of appreciating the feedback or being professional he was being very rude and insulting. With his finger very rudely he told me to go near him as if i am his slave or i have done a mistake by sharing the criticism.He even said he gets such racist tag a lot when people can't manage to get certificate. Even though i was leaving by saying good luck and without requesting a bit for reconsiderations.Top to toe, he is not professional at all. I would do my CBT elsewhere and people like him should not be chosen as instructor anywhere.Disclaimer: I need no sort of explanation regarding his behaviour and neither i want anything justified for me. I Just didn't like his racist islamophobic remarks along with his rude behaviour, hence sharing my opinion.

We also provide PCV training, which includes D1 (minibus) as well as the full Category D (Bus licence), which again come with superb pass rate, and are on a strict 1-2-1 basis with only you and the instructor on board at any given time.
