Awful!!! They need to put a warning on their site not to bother unless you are a trained professional with very strong wrist muscles and a warehouse of tools. Nothing easy about it. It is extremely difficult--piece of junk. They don't want me to submit the review. It says to give the exact date and I am doing so and it says "give a date." Read the website! I did that!

I ordered a custom frame intended for artwork sized 10 1/2" x 11 1/2", but received one measuring 10" x 11 1/2", which is entirely wrong! Their explanation was that I must have missed the note about a 1/4" overlap onto the art, which was never clarified during the ordering process. Moreover, I am only refunded the frame cost, not the postage. After factoring in return shipping, it cost me $32.17! What a scam! Avoid at all costs!
I was disappointed with the quality of the frames I ordered for my artwork. I invested considerable time into this project, hoping for sleek, high-quality frames. I chose a wood frame style advertised as rustic and unique, but what I received fell far short of expectations. The frames appeared poorly made, with uneven paint and visible marks. Instead of rustic charm, they seemed carelessly produced. Additionally, they arrived dusty and dirty, making setup frustrating. Given the significance of my artwork, this experience was a letdown, as I expected a product that would truly honor my work.
It took nearly two weeks for my order to arrive, and I only received a shipping notification on the day it arrived, minus one of the mats. Now, I'm waiting for the missing mat, with a representative questioning if it might be in the package. Their lack of concern for this significant inconvenience was frustrating. As I intended to give it as a gift, the delay means I have to send it late to my friend who is currently abroad. I'm uncertain how long it will take to receive the mat I paid for, and they haven't confirmed they are sending it. There are many other companies that offer better service.
We should have been cautious given the price. For $338.03 (after a discount), we received two frames for 30"x45" prints. While the frames worked for smaller art in previous orders, I advise against using them for large photos. Despite using metal pushers and a cardboard backing, our prints appeared wavy and unprofessional. The company refused to take responsibility, blaming our art instead. The best they offered was a 50% refund, despite the prints being from premium photo paper. We ended up having the prints professionally framed, leaving two inadequate frames unused.

Their packaging is so secure that it almost guarantees no damage. What impressed me most was their swift response to a small mistake with my order, promptly rectifying it. In an imperfect world, the way they handle errors sets them apart as a professional service!
I can no longer recommend this business. Ensure they fully comprehend your requirements, or you will end up paying repeatedly for their mistakes. After receiving the incorrectly cut matting, they only offered to resend the correct matting for shipping costs. Their assumptions about my knowledge of this industry are misguided. The matting surely didn't cost more than a dollar, and shipping something light shouldn't exceed ten dollars. They exemplified how not to manage customer service and maintain loyalty. This was my third purchase, and it will definitely be my last. Meanwhile, I found a local framer who did the job correctly and for free. She will receive my gratitude and future business. If profit is prioritized over customer satisfaction, as in this case, everyone will eventually find out.
