Absolutely without shadow of doubt a brilliant company. I’m am so pleased with everything from initial quote right through to the fantastic installation by Sam and Luke. They did an outstanding job not a mark inside or out, you wouldn’t know they have been here. Also to add the look and quality of the product is fantastic.
Our installation was a new composite front door with side lights, and a new glazed porch door with side lights. We are very pleased with it - it looks smart and has completely transformed the entrance to our home. We received excellent service throughout the process, from Dave in Sales, through Debbie in Admin and our fitters Steve and Eamonn. Many thanks for doing such a good job.
Firstly, I must say that I LOVE my new Red Solidor London Door. I have a 1930's house which needed a slightly smaller gauge and pairing back of some rendering around the door and other companies I contacted couldn't really help me so 1st Scenic came to the rescue. The sales team weren't pushy at all and I felt supported throughout the process. I was contacted ahead of the expected date for installation a week before it was due. My only not-so-good experience came on the day of installation (hence knocking a star off my rating) it took two additional days of waiting for the door to be installed and communication wasn't the best at this point. That being said, I was extremely impressed with the work that went into my doorframe (which was in a worse state than expected), and the door looks amazing. Despite another issue with the lock which was rectified immediately, I am happy to recommend 1st Scenic.

I've been a 1st Scenic customer for 4 years. I had a problem a while ago but since the company has been under new ownership, I have found 1st Scenic to be incredibly customer-focused, quick to respond to my questions, and very fast to turn things around. The team are friendly, professional, and respectful. After fitting my new patio doors, they left the place clean and tidy. Even the after-sales and customer service are very responsive and I felt in safe hands. The price was very reasonable and I'm very happy with the quality. I will always use them for glazing and doors and highly recommend them to everyone looking to replace doors and windows.
