Absolutely fantastic experience! I couldn’t be happier with my new window. The team at 1st Scenic were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Every step, from consultation to installation, was seamless and stress-free. Truly a five-star service from start to finish. Highly recommended. Next stop… my kitchen window!

I am sharing my experience here because I am honestly still in shock. David Shields from 1stscenic arrived at my house 30 minutes late for a quote, but instead of an apology, I was met with immediate anger. He was extremely rude because I hadn't pre-arranged a parking space for his brand-new BMW X5.He demanded that I pay for any parking ticket he might receive, and I agreed just to keep the peace. However, when he parked in front of my neighbor’s house, I kindly asked if he could move it to the front of my own house to avoid upsetting the neighbors. Without a single word, Mr. Shields simply got back in his car and drove away. I was left standing there, completely stunned, watching him disappear. I felt so dismissed and helpless on the street. It was a truly terrible and unpleasant experience.
Brilliant service from start to finish. I went into the showroom and met Dave Shields who was able to talk me expertly through the colours and finishes making it all so easy. On installation, the fitting team were faultless - quick, efficient and tidy. They talked me through the process, installed my new door. Which has transformed the front of my house! Couldn’t have asked for a better service.
An absolute 💯 positive experience with this company. Very kind people from Debbie from admin to Sam whom I discussed the entire process.Sam and Lou installed out back door and flag window. Did a really clean and neat job.Definitely will use this company again.Thank you for everything!
