The only place for Tenways sales and service

Really happy with my dealings with 360 Cycles in relation to my Tenways CGO600 Pro. Got a service done at the beginning of the year. They helped me sort a warranty issue more recently and, although we had some hiccups along the way, they came up trumps in the end and I got my bike back yesterday at no cost to me. Thanks 360 Cycles and Tenways!

Professional, Attentive, Knowledgeable

I was very impressed. Great system online to purchase items and book bike service. They do cargo bikes which is a great plus for us.Take you through the process. The day I dropped the bike off, there was torrential rain outside so they pulled up some stools for us to sit at and wait while the rain stopped. A good chat about different bikes on show and kindly offering to take any for a trail cycle in future. The store has a great vibe, great stock but a down to earth feel. I will be sending more business their way.

Not a shop that values its customers

In my opinion and experience, most bikes shops would consider a customer who shells out 315 quid on repairs a valued customer, and would therefore replace a chain that has clear signs of rust on it without question.Especially when that chain is less than 2 months old.Especially when the bike is stored in a shed overnight.Especially when the bike has been ridden only once in wet conditions (and not even in actual rain). And especially when this model of chain costs just 20 quid. But not 360 Cycles. So I won't be going back.[NB: I gave one star because the original work was good. They just used a chain that didn't have any protective film/lube on it or else a chain that wasn't new to begin with.]

Excellent service from the 360 Cycles team

Excellent service from Mike and Uvis. I was unable to order a product online due to it being out-of-stock. Uvis contacted me that day and let me know via a voicemail once the product was back in stock. Excellent customer service!

Bike partners, not just a shop

What gents! They are pros, all of them. So knowledgeable, really good at explaining things so you feel like you’re learning more about your bike even talking to them. Feels like they’re not just selling you a bike but that they’re a bike partner for you- free service for first year after you buy the bike. Also, the team culture in there is palpable- they’re a great bunch and I’m delighted I got my bike from them. Big thanks to Uvis and the whole team! Keep it up lads!!!

Dangerous bike

Update: it is an outright lie to suggest I agreed to the €15 compensation. You sold me a dangerous bike and tried to rely on my lack of bike expertise to screw your customer. I had it repaired at my own time and cost and you refused to cover the expense. All I wanted was the bike I bought in new condition. Your offer of a return and refund is a joke coming after I had repaired the bike and would still have left me out of pocket for the repair.Original review: I ordered a bike online for my son’s birthday and paid for the bike to be assembled and delivered. It arrived with a punctured tyre and brakes that were later found to be dangerous. The customer service was non existent. I took the bike to be repaired nearby with the shops agreement. They refused to refund me the full vouched cost of the repairs. Awful service

Brilliant Customer Service

Fantastic online shop and even better in store. No messing when it comes to communication, quick replies via whatsapp and email. Great advice and really have your best interests at heart. I dropped into the shop today and was greeted by one of the friendliest and most enthusiastic employees I believe I have ever encountered. Top knowledge and advice and even let me go for the longest test ride ever on a high end ebike despite the lashing rain. Don't waste your time going anywhere else, these guys are amazing!
