I actively use the Genially platform in my work. This platform provides great opportunities to conduct lessons in an engaging, interactive, and modern format.
Through Genially, it is very convenient to create presentations, quizzes, game-based tasks, interactive maps, and animated materials. Students’ interest increases, and their active participation in lessons can be clearly observed.
The platform’s interface is user-friendly, it offers a wide range of templates, and it is well-suited for creative work. In particular, gamification elements help enhance students’ motivation.

I’ve been using Genially and overall I really like the platform – it allows you to create engaging, interactive content and gives a lot of creative freedom. It does require quite a bit of time and effort to learn and achieve the results you want, though. The main downside for me is the limited library of useful elements, so sometimes you have to improvise or look for resources elsewhere. Still, it’s an interesting tool and worth trying if you enjoy creating visual projects.
I love how easy and accessible Genially is. I am new to instructional design but enjoy creating interactive stories. I've tried a few authoring tools, but they're either too expensive or difficult to use. Genially has everything I need. It makes creating a design, story or presentation fun and possible.
Genially is a good and amazing tool to build interactive content in an e-learning context. I enjoy building educational resources for corporative contexts in LATAM. Maybe Genially could improve its implementation of variables to allow more advanced audience interaction.
The company has failed to respond to repeated written communications and has unlawfully withheld a refund. I exercised my statutory right of withdrawal on the same day my account was automatically renewed (08 January 2026) and provided all required information without delay. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and §§ 312g, 355, and 357 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the company is obligated to process the refund without undue delay. Despite this clear legal obligation, the company has neither issued the refund nor provided any response. This constitutes a violation of EU and German consumer protection law and a failure to act in good faith.
