Bad experience so far ...

Bought the premium package and submitted on 11/2022. As of now, 2/14/2023, absolutely no response, either by email or by phone. Multiple requests filed from the web page "Customer Support Center" and all I got is an auto email response.

RIP OFF !!

I think this site is a little misleading and I usually read through things pretty well . They do great with filling out your paperwork for you but other than that ??? I purchased the full package because it said they do the full service for you EASY! So what I did not realize was they dont serve the paperwork to other party and you have to pay another big fee for them to file the courts for you ! They take forever to get back to you, so instead of using them for the rest of the process because I didn't get any messages back , i did my own research and began the divorve paperwork again myself . From beginning to end filling out the forms online and e-filing for free ( fee waiver) it took me 25 minutes total !! I wish i would have known this before paying them 500 dollars for NOTHING!!! Do it yourself dont pay these guys !! ( would give them half a star )

This service is worthless

This service is worthless. The documents that they generate are not even legitimate enough to be accepted by the courts. At least not in the state of Nevada. Do not use this platform. Instead go to your court and just ask for the paperwork. Your local court makes it simple and you’ll save 100’s if not 1000’s of dollars on this kind of BS!

Do not recommend

Do not recommend. They offered free printing and mail service for those without a printer. When I requested the service they offered they told me they are backed up and could take a month. I said that was unacceptable and requested a refund which they refused. Terrible company that does not stand by their word.
