I can recommend this service to anyone outside of Canada for sending flowers or gifts within Canada. Currently in Jamaica, I ordered yesterday for delivery today, and my mom was extremely surprised and pleased with the presentation. Thanks again!
The flowers were so fresh that they continued to bloom after a few days, enhancing the arrangement's beauty. I had to adjust the delivery date, and they assisted me promptly. The ordering process on their website was quite easy. I will certainly use their services again.
As a new customer exploring floral arrangements for a funeral, I selected an arrangement that I found appealing. While continuing to browse, I discovered another beautiful arrangement and added it to my cart. I also included a personalized ribbon with a message for the bereaved family. Upon reaching the checkout, I observed a change in the total amount. I then realized I had mistakenly added the first arrangement to my cart. Unfortunately, I only noticed this after entering my payment details. Consequently, I promptly contacted 416 Flowers to inform them of the error, with the order being placed on August 28th. I subsequently emailed to request a refund for the additional arrangement. Although a refund was promised, I received an email explaining that management was on vacation. After sending follow-up emails, I have not received a response and am still awaiting the promised refund. It is disheartening to have to write this. This situation reflects a lack of professionalism, and I intend to share my experience on social media platforms, as it is unacceptable that my money has not been refunded after nearly two months.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day and paid additional for a Happy Mother's Day pick and guaranteed delivery for the Sunday of Mother's day. My other was nonetheless late and the flowers I received were garbage - the roses had dried up, the leaves had broken, there was mold, the lillies were wilting, the greens were yellowing. Absolutely insane that I paid 84 CAD for this when I could have gone to Walmart and picked out nicer flowers than this for a third of the price. To add insult to injury, even the Mother's Day pick I had received was wrong - instead, it was an I Love You. I would never have complained about something so trivial had it not been for everything else. I cannot believe the audacity of this company.If I could rate this in the negatives - I would.
Complete Scam! DO NOT USE this website- especially if ordering from outside of Canada. Even if it’s a Canadian site delivering to an address in Canada, they will charge you the Canadian amount in USD (not the conversion) if you are paying from outside Canada. This means the charge is more than 30% higher! And by the time you see the amount it’s too late to cancel. Be Warned they are complete scammers
I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day for my mother and grandmother a week before. When I checked out with the address there was no indication that they do not deliver there. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday which they weren’t. I called on Saturday and the lady I spoke with was going to call the delivery company and call me back. I did not receive a response and called back.I was advised that they are unable to deliver the flowers to the address provided and that they would provide me a refund. They told me that an email was sent outlining this but there was no email.This company is an absolute joke, they didn’t even notify me that they could not do the delivery, and now my chance of ordering flowers for when they were needed (today) has gone out the window.Thank you 416 flowers for ruining Mother’s Day with whatever business you are running. I am still waiting for my refund as I am writing this.FYI: they use local flower shops on their behalf, so it is random in whether customer service is consistent. Do not say you deliver to one place if that is not the case!
EMBARRASED, PATHETIC, SCAMMED, is what I felt when my wife received this arrangement for women’s international day, that I ordered from 416-Flowers. The name of the arrangement is LUXURY Tulip Mimosa Gathering. There is nothing “LUXURY” about it. The main flower for this arrangement is Mimosa, and tulips are basically a filler. This is because the mimosa is the flower for Women’s Day. It was so EMBARRASING, when my wife received this PATHETIC arrangement. There was barely any mimosas in this arrangement, which I paid a total of $120. Towards that evening we noticed that the mimosas began to dry and fall. Upon further examination we noticed that they are all LEFTOVER CRAP which the 416-Flowers designer put together by taping little pieces of left over mimosas to some other non mimosa branches. PATHETIC! It now looks better in trash. I sent an email to 416-flowers to complain. Their response was “After reviewing your concerns with our head designers, we would like to inform you that your arrangement was indeed fulfilled to the value. Naturally, there may be some differences between the picture and the actual arrangement. Tulips, in particular, tend to settle in a way that may make the arrangement appear a bit sparse, even though it is fulfilled as per the value. Your satisfaction is important to us, so we’d like to offer you a $15 store credit that you can use at any time for future orders.Reading their other poor reviews I see how they respond with how they always do their best to make sure their flowers are fresh, and top quality. And how they can’t find that person’s order. WELL MY ORDER NUMBER IS 1101430/1, just incase you can’t find it. All 5 star reviews are FAKE.
The chat support was responsive, and the bouquet of flowers was beautifully delivered to my sister, who absolutely loved it due to its vibrant colors and freshness! However, I hope they improve their service by adding a “Track Order” option so customers can monitor their orders without needing to call or chat for updates. Nevertheless, I was very satisfied with the service despite this minor issue!
