I ordered two Steve madded handbags they sent me an email states its delivered while package is not delivered I tried to call, they told me, they will make a follow up they get back to me after 48hours until today they never call me, they don't even reply to my emails, so I don't recommend any one to use this app they are scamming people.
Very bad service, the call center doesn't how to do their job. If you have any kind of problem no one will connect you and could help with that. Very rude service. Still waiting for my money! And they always promise you a 24-hour callback! That manager will connect with you!!! But there is no manager!!!! Never will order again!!! And not recommend!
same scenario, they didn't follow the rule of 3-5days delivery specially when sale. I ordered since nov.11 then they send me message that the delivery is today nov.16 then after how many minutes they send me message that it will send on Nov.18. They make it more delayed until the sale is finish then after they gonna cancelled it same what they did to me last time. I thought that they not gonna do it again but here we go again.
I have ordered two shoes from their app, after 3 days they sent me an email that we delivered the items while nobody delivered anything to me. I called them and raise the complaint, they told me driver set the fake delivery and tomorrow you will receive it. Now days passed and I haven’t received anything. They did not emailed me for complain or anything. They just giving me fake promises every time I call. I made a mistake to paid and bought from them, I don’t recommend their service and this was last time I will buy from them.
I ordered a Charles and Keith bag from this store, and they sent me something that has been pressed causing the bag to lose its shape. Plus, the bag has a lot of stain at the bottom. The delivery was also delayed. Take note, this is the first time I ordered from them and they proved me why it should be the last. Save yourself from stress by uninstalling their app.
Im not gonna use the app again. The delivery date kept getting delayed. I called the customer service and they said its 12 working days and not the one stated on the purchase. But after 13 working days, still no delivery. Very bad service. Dont buy international products. You'll be very disappointed.
